lucid memories, fuzzy dreams

Two woman show featuring  Sendoodz (Lys Yang) and Lois (allmyfairytales)

lucid memories, fuzzy dreams invites viewers to experience the mundane through a lens of heightened colors, blurring the lines between reality, dreams and memory. Through the distinct yet intertwined visions of Sendoodz (Lys Yang) and Lois (@allmyfairytales), the exhibition celebrates two Bay Area emerging artists whose work is noteworthy.

Both artists explore how recollection shifts over time — how a fleeting moment might return as a vivid hue, how a dream can sharpen into a memory, or how emotion lingers even after the image fades. Set within the warmth of People’s Barber, this show becomes an intimate diary of color, tenderness, and play — where the surreal feels familiar, and the familiar turns beautifully strange.
